You agree that any products that are purchased from  coffeebeansdelivery.com.au or associated sites or entities will only be used as per the manufacturer’s instructions and only for food purposes.

You acknowledge that coffeebeansdelivery.com.au is not liable for any misuse or abuse of any products.

Returns
If you receive delivery of a package from us and the contents have been damaged, please do not accept delivery of the item. Please request that the courier return the items to us. After the package is returned we will resend it to you exchanging the damaged products. A refund will not be given for incorrect purchases or if you just change of mind. 

If your order has already been dispatched and you cancel your order you may be charged a cancellation fee. You agree that coffeebeansdelivery.com.au may also use your phone number and email address to promote future promos and products via sms and/or email, please see our privacy policy for further details.

A $25 administration fee is charged for processing orders that are cancelled. An additional fee equal to the delivery cost will be charged for orders that have already been processed or dispatched.
